I bought my dress from that site, so my experience is as a buyer, but maybe it will help.

The site was easy to navigate and search, which was good. As far as the transaction went, the site basically recommended using either paypal or escrow.com. Escrow.com had hefty fees, but was more secure from a buyers standpoint – I could probably make a good case for returning it if I didn’t like it. With Paypal, I was basically at the mercy of the seller when it came to returns. I used Paypal anyway. Preownedweddingdresses.com really was not involved in the transaction after the seller and I made contact.

Just a note, get an estimate for the shipping BEFORE you list or negotiate who pays for shipping. My seller said she would take care of shipping, and then found out at UPS that shipping was nearly $200! That was almost the asking price of the dress. She was sending it in a preservation box, so they had some pretty singificant fees for “oversized” packages. Anyway, consider shipping in your price!

I am still trying to sell my dress on there – but the site is easy to use – mine is also NWT, but I think it obviously depends on the style etc. on how quickly it will sell.  Good luck!

I’m listed there. I haven’t been able to sell my dress because no one seems to be my size, but hopefully you’ll be luckier!

I’m also listed there and so far i’ve only had people who’ve lowballed me, when it’s already priced at over 70% off.

I would so highly recommend preownedweddingdresses.com for buying and selling.

I got my $7000 for $1750 and my cousin just sold hers quickly and easily. There is definitely negociation on that site. It’s great!

I love it! Retail my dress wa 2500 no including alterations, dress came pratically brand new across the country for $700! I had it altered for 300 which was right in my budget.

I’ve had mine on for about a month I’d say? I’ve slowly been dropping the price – It depends on what you’re competing against – there was someone else selling the same dress as mine for a lot cheaper, but it wasn’t NWT…. I think it really depends 🙂

I bought my dress from this website and I had a great experience!! I really think it depends on the person who’s post you’re looking into.  I got really lucky.  I got a Spring 2014 Hayley Paige dress that retails $4000 for $1700 after tax, shipping, everything.  I feel I really lucked out because I bought the dress in November, when it was still relatively new! I’m so happy for that website, I would have never been able to afford my dream dress otherwise!! 🙂
