Sounds like there is no reason to invite her. You don’t want her there, FI doesn’t want her there, and it sounds like her behavior is frequently inappropriate. Find someone else you really want to be there or keep the guest list as is.

@coffeegal85:  Don’t invite her, especially if you’re going to worry all day on your wedding day what she’s doing…it would be more stressful for you and also since your F1 said not to invite her too…

A wedding is about the marriage of a couple with the bride and groom’s closest friends and family in attendance.  This woman is obviously neither and therefore absolutely does not need to be invited.

In regards to the other co-workers, sounds like they’re grown adults so I’m sure if you seat them with other guests they will strike up a conversation.  If not, they can converse amongst themselves.  I’ve been to my share of events where I was seated with people I wasn’t aquainted with and I did well enough.

You don’t want her there, and no one at his company expects her to be there– his coworkers are adults, there’s nothing stopping them from talking to people they don’t know.  That used to be the whole point of assigned seating, spread people out and connect them with people they don’t know in hopes of them making a new friend and enjoying their evening.

You’re thinking of inviting a toxic person for the sake of being a place-filler?

Don’t do it. Not worth it. So totally not worth it.

nothing about inviting her seems like a good idea. let her enjoy your wedding via FI’s other cowokers’ facebook updates and save yourselves the money!

@coffeegal85:  being disliked by someone you have no interest in ever being friends with isnt the worst thing in the world 🙂
