I just checked the extended forecast because my date is finally up there! Annnd now I am sitting here with a huge pit in my stomach. It says “Few showers. Mostly Cloudy. Mild”.
Can things change between now and then? I am 11 days out. What does few showers mean? I know that sounds like a stupid question…but does that mean it will be raining all day? I so much do NOT want my ceremony indoors…although it looks like it might just have to be. My ceremony is at 6pm, and I feel like lately stuff has been clearing up around then. How far out should I start to get worried? Is it too soon?

The weather can change in a day!! You are fine!! You’re not too far from me, I’m in Cleveland.. you know the weather can change in the blink of an eye.. I would start really paying attention like 3 days before..

i hope if it does change that it’s not for the worst LOL all week we are to have thunderstorms…i would hope that after a week of storms we would get a week of some sun…perhaps by the middle of next week things will clear up. i guess it is true that everyday there is a “chance of showers”…I just wanted a decent day! I dont care about it being cloudy…just dont want the words “showers” or “rain” in the forecast…

I just looked at this for the first time this morning, so I feel your pain. My date is not up there and I’ve vowed to stop looking until 7 days prior… but then I will commence stalking weather.com!

The weather for my wedding day literally changed day by day, up to and including the day before. Don’t be too worried this far out.

My sister specialized in weather forecast and we talked about this a few min ago. She says “It’s no use looking for weather forecasts more than 5 days in ahead”. Sooooooooooo, guess we’ll just have to wait..and breathe..and smile at plan B anyway
