blairnickel:  Fellow PCOS sufferer here! I hear ya about the hair issues. I had a consultation regarding getting hair extensions a few weeks ago for my September wedding. She said she needed at least 3 weeks notice, and about $500. Yikes. I’m still debating what I want to do. I did my trial already and will have my hair half up, half down. I originally wanted all down, but have a really long veil and it needs to be secured. That is something you might need to think about with your stunning veil.

I bought clip in extensions for $200 (my memory is a little foggy but I’m pretty sure that was the cost).

My stylists up charge for putting them in while styling my hair was $25.

So while I dropped some money on them I will have them forever & can wear them whenever I want.

What is PCOS?  My hair has completely changed over the past two years or so and i don’t know why.

I bought Bellami clip in extensions and I think I paid about $150 for them. I wear them all the time. They never slip or fall out.

clip ins are the way to go. get the real human hair ones, and have your hair stylist put them in for you. They won’t come out! the human hair ones can be dyed to match your hair, or the girls at the beauty supply have always been good about matching ones to whatever color my hair happens to be. I have owned 3 sets and they last a longggggg time. I got them at Sally’s  beauty supply for about $125.

blairnickel:  Just googled it, sorry to hear that you have that.

FWIW, my clip ins were completely secure, they stayed put like glue and I never had the sensation of them falling.  I didn’t take them out unil Sunday night.  If I put them in myself I’m sure they’d be a mess & slipping out but a pro knows how to secure them properly.

I was afraid of the more permanent kind damaging my hair but it would be nice to have them for a while.

blairnickel:  Try irresistable me clip ins. They are better than the Sally ones, but around the same price point.
