I wouldn’t do such an intense exercise program when you’re trying to conceive. I am very active and did that sort of program for a few months and my periods became very irregular and I spotted in between as well. It took me 3-4 months after stopping the program to get regular again. I know this may not happen with everyone, but just something to keep in mind.

Iv had a miscarriage before and i didnt know I was pregnant. At the time i was going to the gym 7 times a week doing interval sprints for an hour and a half….(.i love running) …of course looking back i think this played a part in miscarrying and is why im not sure that I ovulate now :/ All guess work of course! I still exercise every day but now im ttc, i dont do anything more than use the cross trainer and jog. E ven if my body is used to it, i feel guilty bouncing a potential foetus around :/
