(Closed) Eye Dialation?

@dewingedpixie:  There are good allergy eyedrops.  Cromlyn & opticrom are the brands I know.  Double check with a pharmicist or someone first as I don’t know if they are great to use after having the dilating drops.

I just had an appointment last week. My doctor now has a new machine where they take a picture instead of dialating the eye. It only cost me $29 extra because insurance didn’t cover it. It was so much nicer than having my eyes dialated. They said you’d be amazed how many people are allergic to the dialation drops. Fiance is allergic to them.  The machine takes 2 pictures of each eye. It’s pretty neat. Check into that and see if they offer that at your office.

Try calling the optometrist who did it.  Maybe they have some information about what’s happening that can help you.

@dewingedpixie:  This machine does the same exact thing as the eye dialation.  Look into it.  I have diabetes, Type II and I HAVE to get my eyes checked all the time for any changes to my retinas.
