book with your waxer to get them done every 8 weeks or sooner depending on how quickly or slowly they grow back. that way they will be perfect all year long..

i get mine threaded because i don’t wax anything. i don’t like the idea of my skin being pulled around! then i pencil them in which is a new thing for me. i can’t believe i was anti eyebrow pencil for so long, it really makes such a difference!

You can also have them threaded , if you can find a aesthetician that offers it (look for Indian/Desi salons).

It’s usually cheaper than waxing and I find it way easier on my skin.

i agree with PPs that threading is amazing!  (and cheaper!)  I think most large malls should have a kiosk if you can’t find a salon that offers it…

My eyebrows look much better when I trim them. I brush up the hairs with a little eyelash comb. And the tips that extend past my eyebrow, I trim with small scissors.

I do my own eyebrows. I don’t wax my eyebrows, because I worry about long term damage to that area! So, I’d get them threaded as someone suggested if you get them done. My hairdresser waxed hers for years and years and the skin gets kind of damaged and lightly scarred looking from the pulling of the delicate skin, I think or something like that. That freaks me out!

I get mine waxed once a month. you can also help control the strays with clear mascara. Clear mascara will also straighten out your lashes and help seperate them after using them it for a few weeks.

Trimming is good if your eyebrow hairs are too long. I brush mine down instead of up because they dont stay, then trim them. It’ll also be easier to shape being shorter. There are guidelines to follow when shaping eyebrows, three different points to be inline with your eye- where you eyebrow should start, the arch and where they should finish. I dont think I’ll do a very good describing it on here but if your google it you’ll see what I mean.

I’ve been doing my own eyebrows since I was 13 never had them waxed or threaded, lots of girls in high school wanted me to shape there eyebrows and being an all girl school there was a few!! Also studied beauty aswell. Hope that helps!!
