Thank you all for your support and thoughts, it means a lot…
And it so hard to hear about other peoples struggles to with family members that have had cancer,my heart goes out to each and every one of you…
And people do beat pancreatic cancer for sure, but the numbers are small and its only when they have the whipple, which unfortunately, my moms tumor is too big on her pancreatic head to do the whipple so the tumor is inoperable

The most amazing man I ever had the pleasure to meet, the one man that had 2 dreams, to see his son get married and walk me down the aisle……..passed away with throat cancer. My grandpa was my best friend. He diesd a month before he could see my uncle get married, and a year before I got married. And it was a really bad way to go……. Poor guy suffered a lot.
Cancer is an asshole. You tell your mom we are all rooting for her here on the Bee.

I’m so sorry for your mom. Pancreatic cancer is a beast. Disease is horrible for the patient, but I think it’s even harder for the family to feel so out of control. Cherish the limited time you have with your mom. She sounds like a great lady, and I’m sure you will carry on her legacy. I hope your mom will be well enough to be at your wedding, but if your mom isn’t physically at your actual wedding, I’m sure she will be there in spirit.

MrsPiggles: Sorry to hear of your grandfather…
Although it has gotten me down today, cancer will never win and I just got to remember to keep being strong for my mom
