- Wedding: August 2015
Hi All My name is Isabelle Grace and My husband and I are having the wedding we always dreamed of next summer right before our anniversary. We were married last year at the justice of the peace in Chicago and always planned on having a ceremony and reception later.
I am soont to be 37 years old and looking foward to celebrating our love in front of our family and friends and since we decided to celebrate our matrimony all month long in August we decided that this would perfect. We were married August 28th and I wore a tea length black and white stripped halter dress with a white puff sleeve top.
It was fun, but not the wedding we ALWAYS dreamed of . My husband and I decided to go ahead and get married since his mother passed away right before. We had originally set a date for last summer but after his mother’s death ( unexpected) we opted for something very intimate with just the two of us and quick.
Well now hubby is ready to get hsi party on and wants us to have the wedding of our dreams. I am ready.
Now on to the part yall really want to hear. I have been married before and so has he. My first wedding I wore a victorian style, poufy princess dress back in the mid ninteis. It had lace and it was an ivory color and it was gorgeous. I love dthe dress.
When I graduated from high school my late grandmother had a lace tea length dress made for me. it was stunning to say the least.
At first I thought I wanted the A line princess dress, but now After looking at Maggie Sottero dresses I realize that I have always loved lace. I wanted something fitted and then flared with a fishtail train but with a twist at the neck line. I also love sparkle beading and did I mention lace.
So the two dresses I narrowed it down to are the Judith and the Justina. Since I can’t really afford either dress I messeged Tony over at Fabulous U and am waiting to hear if he can creat a lace sparkle beaded confection of my absolute dreams that I will be proud of for years to come.
