I worry about that too! Some friends posted about getting their Save-The-Date Cards and I was kind of planning on being able to invite more people once we figured out how many members of FI’s family will be able to make it. Now I’m not sure if I can because they probably will know that they were B-listed even though it’s months before the wedding still. :/

Eh I don’t care. I post all kinds of wedding updates.  No one has asked to be invited or invited themselves or given me any type of crap for it.

I think I only posted one thing related to my wedding. It was, “oh wow, registering is fun!” But I get annoyed when people update their status all the time about things I don’t care about. For example, if you’re pregnant, you have to give us a run down (by the hour) of how much you feet are swelling, oh the baby just kicked, man morning sickness, etc etc. That goes the same for pretty much anything in my book, including my wedding πŸ™‚

I haven’t yet. I posted the OMG ENGAGED status, and then a few days later I made a “wedding planning is going to be fun!” type status, but that’s it so far. When I get closer to the date I’m sure it’ll start to add up.

If I do, it’s not really important updates.  Like I posted something about if I should put stamps on my RSVPs.  I didn’t write anything specific about money, guests or the drama of planning a wedding.

If it was an etiquette question or something controversial, I usually asked WB… because I know some of my guy friends would probably answer with some weird things. Plus, some of my friends who are “older” may chime in with their traditional views.  Yeah, WB is better for wedding vents.

I didn’t really until the week before my wedding. Then that week I had a few, and a few updates from our honeymoon, and that was it.

I post when we check something major off our to-do list. Most people on Facebook know we’re having a small wedding and that they’re not invited so it’s not a big deal.

@DCSquared: I might :). We’re only inviting a few friends outside of the bridal party and their dates so hopefully everyone understands that family gets first dibs, lol. I do wish they didn’t have to know about the Save-The-Date Cards, though!

I have a limited friends list. I like to keep it slim πŸ™‚ However, there are still peeps that weren’t invited. I don’t think they thought they were so I didn’t worry about it. I posted things like “going dress  shopping!” “food tasting today”
