I don’t really know. People post their thoughts and what’s important in their life, it’s the whole point of facebook. I guess Too Much Information couples annoy me.

My SIL posts things like I’m so tired I wish someone could look after my kids or I’ve got a headache, i need to clean the house and the thing is grandma feels guilty and minds the kids  this happens at least once a week. Not my business but still irritates me

“I am friends with two cats!” lolol I love my doggies but wouldn’t make them a fb  And i think I’ve seen that post about the girl from the race you’re talking about. Ugh the whole “like for (cue picture of thin girl) ignore for (big woman in bathing suit)” ahhh. Well any and all of those “like this” images get on my nerves, which is why I don’t get on fb much. Also when people post “I don’t need revenge, I got karna” and anything karma just annoys me.

THANK you!! I 2nd everything you said!

Another thing that annoys me are those people who post nothing but videos or memes. Now don’t get me wrong, I love me some memes, but my BF’s newsfeed had turned into honestly nothing but memes because his friends are so annoying. It drives me nuts!

I also hate when people post photos of their child on the bath or potty/toilet. I mean really? REALLY? Wow, that’s some Grade A parenting right there. Your child is just going to love you when they grow up. Such a pet peeve of mine.

@atreyu547:  I hate the “like this” posts too. It’s so juvenile! Like those people who collect friends. You’re not fooling anyone, people, you don’t have 1500 friends! You don’t have to collect them all! They’re people, not Pokemon!

@mrswestcoast:  Right? If I saw that as a kid when I was older I would be sooooooo pissed!! Stupid parents. It’s so inappropriate. I mean really, what if adults posted photos of them taking a poo? Would people “Ooooh” and “Awww” over it, or would they think it was horribly inappropriate? IMO it’s even worse when it’s a child because the parent is posting it without the child’s consent.

@BabyCarat:  major!! This bugs me, I meet you for like 5 mins and then you try to add me on Facebook, no thanks! I try hard to keep my friend limit round about 100. And I don’t get many irritating posts. If I do, I just block them! If I wouldn’t stop and chat to you on the street, you ain’t my friend!

@wwbga:  I’m the same way! I think I’m at 77 right now, and they’re all actual friends or family. If I’m going to share personal things on Facebook (even though my profile is basically “skeletal” and I don’t post many personal things at all), I wouldn’t share those things with veritable strangers or acquaintances, so why would I add those people on Facebook:/? I just don’t get the whole Facebook mentality.

People who constantly whine/complain about how tough their lives are. Inviting me to play any stupid game. ‘Like this’ to show respect. Posting nothing but pictures of your children, more than once a day. Just don’t do it ppl.

An old friend of mine passed away two days ago- one of the first people to comment was a (horrible) girl that we both had worked with, making a comment to the extent of “I’ll miss my little gay boy.” He had never come out of the closet, and was from a large Catholic, hispanic family…where homosexuality is frowned upon, to say the least.  Now it’s on his wall for everyone to see, and he’s not around to remove it. Horrible.
