Okay don’t all kick me at once, but I do post on my FI’s wall from time to time I love you babe and then a heart. I am 40 years old but FINALLY being in love with a decent, kind, wonderful, man has made me feel all giddy and girly like I am 16 again. I have watched my whole life other people’s PDA and now I am in love and I don’t care who I annoy. It’s my turn to happy!! Also there is a 5 hour time difference and an ocean between us and he works third shift so when he gets home and turns on FB, it’s my way to welcome him home.
Now if you are going to beat me please don’t touch the face I have pictures next week. lol
but I told him if I ever posted a Celine Dion song to his wall he was allowed to leave me.

I don’t, and every time I see someone else do it I think it just screams insecurity, and then I feel bad for them.

@Katielee: Bwahaha @ the Celine Dion clause! I think you fall under the “ok, it’s cute and she can’t tell him in person anyway” category so you’re good. 😛
@SapphireSun: I wonder those things, too!! So we’re both cynics, haha.

Not so much the Wall Posts those are ment Directly to the other person. Those I don’t mind so much because really, unless i am creeping why am I looking?
I mean the actuall STATUS thing. like my aformented Spaghetti-o example.
Confession I totally post backstreet boys songs on FI’s wall. Partially because it annoyes him. Partially because i can

I don’t mind a love status, but mine usually read: “I love scary movie marathons with (my fiance) and the puggle” or something to that effect. And for the love of shoes I don’t have one single nickname for the fiance and he doesn’t have any for me.
I like a nice fb status that recognizes my appreciation for the things I do with him though… and also my puggle. He definitely gets some fb status action.
On that note, the other 98% of my statuses proclaim my love for food slash wine.

I post it every once in a while and when I say that I mean once every 6 to 8 months… lol that covers Valentines day and anniversary (wayyyy better than paying for a card that does the same exact thing!). I don’t care when other people do it… not my place to judge- we ALL write stuff that annoys someone out there.

I do this. I’ve always been a lovey cutesy kind of person and thats just how I roll. A few of my friends hav my updates on ignore becasue of my fluff. That’s cool though. To each his own. Fiance does it back too, which always makes me go “D’aaaaw”

I write ‘I love you’ on my SO’s fb page a couple of times a year, but that’s it. I have some friends who do the cutesy stuff all.the.time. It’s more than slightly annoying.

My cousin recently got married, and for at least a year, EVERY status of his, with only one exception (yes I actually looked through them all on his wall one day) is about how much he loves his wife and can’t wait to see her at the end of the day or whatever. ALL THE TIME!

I’ve posted I love my Fiance thanks for everything you do for me on my birthday when he went above and beyond and on one of our anniversaries I think.. haha but besides that I post on his wall if I feel like he deserves it ;p
and yes I agree people who post it every day…. are too much

Ok even though I do post the lovey stuff I think the every day status update thing would kind make me kinda be like whatever! But I have to say we met playing Mafia Wars on FB so a lot of our friends are there to kick butt and fight so we get crap from fellow players about being mushy. He played a sweet song song for me (which btw I am walking down the aisle to now) and one of his mates called him a girly man. lmao!!

I normally don’t do it. Sometimes I do post slightly mushy things, like what a good husband he is for cleaning the house or how proud I am that he quit smoking.
