I say, rock ’em! I had a lot of the same questions about my nose piercing (or as some call it.. “face jewelry” lol) but I love it and my husband loves it, so why would I take it out? I wore it and loved it 🙂

p.s. is this after your makeup trial or are you just really good at doing your own makeup? I am way jealous!

@Mrs.ChubbyBunny:  They are so subtle that I don’t think they would distract from your gown, etc.  If you don’t care today and don’t think you will in 20, 30, 40, 50 years when you look back at your photos, then go for it!

I have piercings too! I have my nose and my lip and if I still have them by the time I get married, I’ll be keeping them in.

I think they look good, and you are very lovely!

If you’re confident in your choices, why should it matter what anyone else’s opinion is? I think people might be thinking wedding pics are forever, and in 10 or so years you might think “Why did I wear facial piercings at my wedding?!”

But then again, you might not! I know women who are in their 50’s and proudly rocking tats and piercings. Try not to be offended by it.

They look awesome.. I had the same monroe piercing and felt like everyone thought it was time to be a “big girl” and take it out and move on. I regret it now though, I miss it.

Ha! I always get so surprised when anyone has an issue with piercings since they are so common nowadays.

No, yours are not bad at all! I actually plan on having a monroe (or is that a madison? I forget) piercing myself by the time I get married. Even people with huge stretched ears and full sleeves get married. Your piercings are on the delicate side anyway, so they will fit in with looking “pretty.”

Next lady who gives you crap should get the response of “No I wasn’t planning on it. Were you planning on waxing your upper lip before my wedding?”

(just kidding.)

Ok, when I read the title I was exspecting like…6 bars through your cheeks, all across your eyebrows, piereced eyelids, a bull-ring (I know it isn’t actually called that but the no idea what it really is) the whole sha-bang like this…

(Xerxes in 300).

I had to look to even see yours! If it is you then why change that for your wedding?? Would I get them, no. But I also have like 6 holes in my ears. To each their own.

I think you look great with your decorations! They’re part of who you are. I don’t have any piercings but I wear glasses every day and I plan on wearing them on my wedding day because it’s who I am. If I took them off, I wouldn’t look like me.

Yours are very tasteful and pretty! I’m usually not a fan of piercings anywhere but the ears (although I do have a tat on my ankle), but I say keep them in! They are very subtle and just add some sparkle 🙂

Reading your post I thought the piercings would be excessive.  I think they emphasize what you already have and aren’t terribly noticeable.
