I think as long as you do a very gentle facial you should be okay, no extractions or things like that.  But there is always a chance that you could have a reaction to the products used.

get one before that as well, like 3-4 weeks before your wedding. I had 2 facials the month of my wedding and my skin was like cream on my wedding day. when I win the lottery I’m getting facials all the time. haha my MUA said itreally helped the makeup stay on/ look great!

I really think you should be okay.  I have never looked blotchy after a facial, usually just glowy!

I’d ONLY do it if you’ve gotten facials before.  If not they could use a product on you that you aren’t familiar with and have a bad reaction.

To be honest I’d skip it just in case.

I wouldn’t risk it, especially if you have sensitive skin. Also, getting a facial done for the first time can also lead to getting a small outbreak of zits, because facials help get all that grubby stuff up to the surface.

Get a gentle message or a mani pedi instead.

Have you asked the facialist where you plan on going?  I am pretty sure she will recommend NOT getting it that close to the wedding date  Laughing

I’ve had lots of facials, and I wouldn’t do it. I ahve broken out before from facials, even gentle ones, and at other times, I’ve been red for a couple of days. My skin  is not particularly sensitive. I think you should not do it that close.

Because you’re not sure how your skin is going to react, it might be a little dicey to have your first facial so close to the wedding date.  You might want to skip it.  Although, I know my skin is pretty sensitive so I’d never risk it.

I wouldn’t risk it. I’ve read that if you plan to have one, you should test it out atleast a month before. Just so you know how your skin will react, everybody’s skin is different, sensitive or not.

Don’t do it unless you know the facialist and have gotten it done before. Try an at home facial mask that’s soothing (and test it before that week).
