LOVE it! Beauty and the Beast is by far my FAVORITE movie ever.  As a kid I remember my parents suprising me with a whole bedroom featuring B&B (lamps, blankets, wall paper, rugs, you name it!).

The Fairmont Copley Plaxa is a beautiful hotel (as are most Fairmonts) but it’s very expensive. A random Saturday night in April 2013 is $379 for the most basic room. The best you will negotiate for a block is about 25% off. This may be a financial burden to your guests so I’d consider booking a second, more budget-friendly room block nearby. That way, guests who choose to spend a lot can have the convenience of sleeping in the same hotel as the reception, but guests with a smaller budget can stay nearby. You’ll also heed a generous catering budget as Fairmont catering is in the higher brackets, and with onsite catering, it’s not likely they will let you bring in an outside caterer.

Try to build out the overall fairy tale theme to take attention away from the specific of Beauty and the Beast; obviously, as the bride, you’re the Beauty, but it could be seen by some as if your fiancé then must be considered The Beast— and I know I’d kick anyone who made that joke about my DH!

I am actually wanting to do the same look for our wedding as well. Beauty and the Beast was one of my fiance and I’s dates when we were together. The bell jars themselves are pricey from what I have found and I have been looking for a bride getting married in my year to split the cost of the bell jars that way it is cheaper on the both of us. Let me know what you think and I can send you my information. Look forward to hearing from you! Yay for Beauty and the Beast centerpieces.

First off, love the theme, and the venue is gorgeous and will truly fit if you decide to go with them.

First set your budget! Then think of your colors – pinks and reds, cream, and gold would be elegant.

The jars are quite exoensive BUT at least in this one you get TWO:

Maybe you can alternate tables others can have candelabras similar to these:

As for as invitations something that includes roses, and ornate borders, and fancy script. Like these from David’s Bridal (they have pink and red too)

Cake – Ornate details

Think of cute small details that can represent your theme – For example you know those Mr. & Mrs. Signs on the back of chairs. How about Madame and Monsieur.

Imagine for the menu – http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-Mirror-Pocket-Mirror-Costmetic-Mirror-Make-up-Mirror-Hand-held-glass-11069-/271118242788?pt=Mirrors&hash=item3f1fe813e4 on each place settings or one bigger sized one leaning against the centerpiece for each table!

Wooo I am having the same theme but we are doing a deep red and champagne for our colors! For favors I am doing wood roses. My BMs are walking down the aisle with mirrors instead of flowers! I am having the ring bearer carry our rings in a book. The table place cards are going to be bookmarks. Our guest book is going to be a teapot that we are having everyone write on then getting it fired so the ink will stay.
