If you have the funds, I would definitley go for lash extensions! Xtreme lashes are fantastic. You can find someone who does them by going to their website and putting in your zip. My sister had them last year and she looked amazing.

I actually like the cheap Ardell lashes you can find at target or the drug store. They have a really thin band so to me, they’re much more comfortable. Try the 110s for a natural look.

I also like Spring Heart, a Japanese company. You can find them on Amazon. for a natural look, the #5’s can’t be beat. The 4’s add some more volume and glamour.

I tried the target ones by Sonia K., but the band was too thick and I could feel the lashes on my eye.

I’ve heard Shu Uemera (sp?) makes the best ones, but they’re pricey and you have to order them online.

Let us know which you pick!

I’ve heard people rave about eyelash extensions but I really don’t know anything about them. I have no idea how much they cost. One girl on my Facebook friends had a status mentioning that she gets them re-filled every 3-5 weeks and she gets all excited every time she is due for a fill because they make her feel gorgeous and feminine.

@liciabelle: my sister paid $300 for her set (refills are much less expensive). Around my home in Virginia I can get them done for $150- it really depends on where you live. You should check out their website- many vendors have websites with pricing 🙂

@HardyPooleParty: I got mine at MAC, i cant remember the number put they vary in length and are supposabley very popular with brides. I wore them all night and never had an issue. 🙂

I guess i should mention that these were about $15.00, they came with the glue and my sister just put them on for me 🙂

@liciabelle: I wore Xtreme lash extensions. One of my best friends does them so that’s what she gifted me.  She charges $200 for the original set and the $30 for the fills which change depending ont he person 2-5 weeks. I loved mine and wish that I had kept them.

I’ve tried all sorts of brands of eyelashes from expensive brands to random ones at the pharmacy, and I think they’re all the same quality. HOWEVER, get the DUO eyelash glue!! The glue that comes with most eyelashes is terrible!

@maureen9004: I did too! I literally have no eyelashes of my own. They are short and seperated way apart. I was so happy with them.

I didn’t like any fake eyelash options, so I got lash extensions and they were fabulous. They also lasted throughout my entire honeymoon too so I didn’t have to pack any mascara and I looked glamorous after swimming.
