I was not blessed with long eyelashes, so I go fake for most big events. Nothing too gaudy, just enough to make an impact.

I wear fake lashes for most big events, I wore them in our e-pics and I was super glad I did when we got our proofs back, they look natural, but lush in the pics.

Never thought I’d do it, but I promised my very glamorous sister that I’d let her put fake eyelashes on me for my wedding! We’ll do a trial run sometime soon to make sure I’m happy with the look…

my fi and i were watching a show where the girl put on fake lashes, and he made a comment about how he did NOT like that. i barely wear any makeup anyway, so it would probably just look odd on me. i think it depends on the girl, if make up and long lashes are your thing, i’d go for it. when else can you get all dressed up like that?

@Evie Thanks!! My dad did my make-up and insisted on the big ones. Then again, I’ve been wearing lashes for as long as I can remember (when I was younger it was just for play and Halloween – of course)

I totally rocked the fake too. I actually had eyelash extensions done about a week prior and then my make up artist added some more falsies to really thicken them up, they were so flirty & I loved them!

Here are the ones I sported for the e-pics, they were a full thickness but “natural length” set, I might even got a bit longer the the big day!

I have naturally long curled eyelashes, but I still love to wear them. You can get them done very naturally, and no one can ever tell when im wearing them (not even my FI). They just make your eyes pop and add that extra something ( especially for pics).

I had fake lashes for my weding day and LOVED them!! I didn’t feel like they were too over the top but they added the perfect amount of glamour to my ensemble.

In fact, it wasn’t until my Dad saw my wedding pictures (of my makeup artist making me up) that he said to my Mom, “I didn’t know she wore fake lashes that day!!!!”

I think they are fabulous and they are not that expensive.  I think my pair from MAC was like $12!!!

Now that I think about it, why don’t I wear those puppies every day!?!?!?

I have reallly long natural lashes, but I’m totally doing fake ones for the wedding.  I love how glam and dramatic they look!
