Kiss makes some short ones. Buy pink nail glue and go to town.

In the same boat, I hate the thought of having to wear something longer than wanted!

I love Kiss press ons-it’s called their “impress” line! They have a wide range of nail colors and designs. I wanted something fun this time!

The nails have stayed on all week and last up to two weeks if needed.

I’ve had success with the Impress brand. They come in different lengths which I like. They have everything from simple French tip, to fancy designs, and single colors. The key to them lasting is to pick the correct size for each nail. If the nail is even a tiny bit too big it will pop off. What I really like about this brand is they have the peel and stick adhesive instead of getting nail glue everywhere. It also makes it easy to keep a couple of backup nails in your purse just in case one does pop off. Replacing them is super easy.

I don’t know a lot about fake nails, but isn’t nail glue basically super glue? OP said she wants to take them off right after the wedding, and wouldn’t that be difficult? I think you have to soak them in acetone, which in my experience is a b*tch.

OP, why don’t you get a regular manicure the day before the wedding?

I LOVE these!  Cheap at walgreens or target, don’t wreck your nails underneath, and come off easily!

Impress is by far the best brand. You can cut them if they’re too long. You can file them, as long as they’re not the glitter ones. They stay on for a little more than a week before they start to look weird.  I wear them all the time and I love them!

Kiss in the “Real Short” length. I can’t stand when my nails are very long and they always seem to be too long when I get them done at a salon or when try press on ones. These ones are the perfect length and look great. I get the ones that are UV gel look – french tip.

banana86:  I have never tried to take them off the next day, I normally leave them on since they are so short and don’t bother me like most do. Like one PP said, you could get a manicure the day before. If you do so, do a gel polish (shellac, gelish, etc). Normal nail polish chips very bad on my nails, but when I do shellac, I never have any chips for at least a week. That might be your best bet if you’re dead set on taking them off the next day.

Impress all the way! You can get the short length, and just peel those suckers off when you want. They stay on really well if you don’t mess with them, though. Only downside is that any exposed adhesive under the nail can get a bit dirty. Not a problem for short term wear or long nailbeds.
