- Wedding: October 2016 - His Way Church & Chesapeake Room @ Downs Park
Tell me how far along you are in your planning, what type of wedding you are having, what your budget is and how much you’ve spent so far, what you plan to do next, size of your guestlist etc etc….
Fiance and I are getting married on October 8th of this year and will be doing a rustic fall theme with plum purple, gray and rose gold as our main colors. Main decor will be pumpkins, candles and wood. We are in Maryland and we are planning for a $5,000 budget and have invited 60 people. Here’s what we’ve done so far:
• Booked Ceremony space: FREE (We are having the ceremony at our church)
• Booked Reception space: $660
• Dress: $475.92
• Food: $800
• Cake (we are doing a 6″ cake and 50 cupcakes): $255
• Photographer: $400
• Coordinator: $600
• Save-the-Dates: $50
Total spent so far: $3240.92
Major purchases left include items for centerpieces, speakers and equipment rental, dress alterations, wedding rings, invitations, and a photobooth set up. How is yours coming along? Is everything going according to plan? What do you plan on doing next?
I have to say, I am a bit nervous as it looks like we may need to go a bit over budget but hopefully that’s not the case! Can’t wait to hear what you all have planned!
