Have you tried any of the Colonial Candle scents yet?  My favorite for fall is the apple scent.  Mmmm…  They are very fragrant, but not overpowering.  They seem to burn really evenly too, so you won’t have to “hug” the wax much, if at all.

Try Woodwick candles.  We have a caramel scented one and the scent lasts for days in our house!!  I love it!  I should probably try other scents, but I love the caramel so much:)

we’ve gone through several of the bath & body works candles and never had a problem. my favorite is the carribean escape. i just got an Autumn Apple & love it.

i agree about being disappointed in some of the yankee candles! they arent really worth the price tag.

i second @stormy. the woodwicks are amazing! i got 2 from cracker barrell when they were on sale 2 for $20.

Save your money and get Walmart’s Mainstay 20 oz. jar candles candles in Pumpkin Spice. For just $5. each,they are very fragrant and burn all the way down. Get the individual jars and not the special packs,as they have no lids and and have lost some of their strength. Great candles and I’ve tried them all!

I like Yankee’s Apple Cider, and Harvest this season.

But I use glade plug ins apple cinnamon for my home in the fall, I actually switched them over last week and my house smells so delicious and homey.. even SO agrees which is impressive. He came home from work the other day and said “mm smells homey in here”.

I am a Scentsy fan also. I have several different warmers and love their scents.. for fall my faves are Sugar Cookie, Mochadoodle, and Pumpkin Roll =) The warmers are kind of expensive to get started, but the bars are fairly inexpensive and last for quite a long time! Happy Candle Hunting!

I do have to admit though that i often buy the mainstays brand from Wal-mart also and the hazelnut and pumpkin both smell wonderful and fill the whole house with scent! =)

@KLP2010  I LOVE my Scentsy!

Salt City Canndle Company has some pretty good scents that last! You can never go wrong with gingerbread or pumpkin spice! Also the Fabreeze candles work well. You can find them at Big Lots for a couple $$ cheaper than most stores. The one by my house always seems to have the fall scent!
