So, I wrote a few weeks ago about Darling Husband having some ED problems, but thankfully he went to the doctor and got a prescription for Cialis, and it has completely changed our sex life! The dr didn’t actually think there was a problem except for a vicious cycle that makes Darling Husband lose his confidence, but having the cialis help him has totally turned his mental state around. So after several months of struggling, we wanted to do everything possible to make this our month! I started charting, which I haven’t done so much in the past because I don’t have a set schedule.
So on CD14, I had a positive OPK. I guessed that I would probably ovulate on CD15. Sure enough, on CD16, my temperature spiked, as you can clearly see in my chart! I was so excited to be able to pinpoint it that way and that it matched up with my OPK, plus we’ve been having sex every day, so I thought it gave us a great shot. But today, my temp fell quite a bit. It’s still slightly higher than my pre-O temperatures, but has anyone else had this happen? I’ve seen that there’s sometimes a fallback rise, but can’t find much info on it, and I’m concerned that my temp spike wasn’t really O. I really don’t think Darling Husband will be game for more sex. Should I assume that I really did O on CD15? I know I can’t confirm it unless temps go/stay up, but I’m just not sure what to think and whether we should BD more or not. Posting my chart (started late because my thermometer broke and had to be replaced!)
