ok, take a deep breath….first, are you expecting your period, or do you have it right now?  it may be that you are carrying a bit of water weight that could make a difference in the way the dress fits, or even the way you see yourself in it.  Is it something that your seamstress can adjust?  I’m not a nutritionist, but I find that when I feel like that, I drink lots and lots of water, avoid soda and salty foods and try to get in some extra cardio throughout the day.  I generally notice a difference in a couple days.  You are going to look fantastic in your dress, just remember to breathe!  Good luck!

I agree, deep breaths, everything will be fine! You probably are bloated from stress, possibly lack of sleep, etc. Exercise like normal and drink a lot of water and avoid salty foods and you will be FINE! Meet with your seamstress again a few days before the wedding (like, 1). My friend got married last summer and said when she put her dress on the day of, it fell right off, and they had to call her seamstress on the spot and have her sew my friend into the dress. She had to cut herself out of it after! She had lost so much unexpected weight in the two weeks prior to the wedding. so, it HAPPENS and there is plenty of time for you to do something about it!

As for the tape, Ive had a LOT of sucess with Hollywood Fashion Tape. It comes in all shapes and sizes and it always works. http://www.hollywoodfashiontape.com/home.cfm is the website, though I believe you can also order on Amazon and some retail stores even sell it. I’ve seen it at some bridal salons. GOOD LUCK! Remember, you’ll be FINE!!

I concur with those posts above!  Take some time to breathe deeply, drink PLENTY of water, don’t touch salty foods or drinks, get some good cardio in, and get in some good nights of sleep.  Bodies fluxuate allllll the time, you haven’t done anything wrong!  🙂
