I just went to the flower market the day before the wedding and there was actually more available than you would think! I’m sure your florist could offer you some good alternatives. Dahlias were the only flower I really really wanted and I was able to get some really beautiful ones. Good luck!

I didn’t pick my flowers TBH, I said “give me whatever white and cream colored flowers get me what I need for X amount of money” I ended up with mostly roses and hydrangeas.

Future Sister-In-Law had an October wedding and used red, orange, and yellow gerber daisies. The flowers were pretty minimal.

I used ivory roses and dark blue hydrangeas in my bouquet:
We used the same flowers for our centerpices but added in green hanging amaranthus:

I had white/cream flowers myself for my October wedding. We used calla lillies for the centerpieces, my bouquet had calla lillies and white roses, and I think my florst said that they start receiving tulips in the late Fall. Hyndrageas are a fall flower as well I think.

Juliet roses, ranunculus, french anemones & camellia.
This is my inspiration…
Just trying to figure out what the long stems of tiny white flowers are & what those 2 leavey branches are.

- Wedding: September 2015 - Hotel Ballroom
I got married September 26th, and I went with all white flowers. That being said, I was HEAVILY tempted to do a more ‘rustic’ boquet, as in dried cranberry, blackberry, even some acorns in there. The only tipping point to the all white, was I had a boquet making party for my BM’s, and they got to make their own boquets and pick whatever arrangement of white flowers they wanted. With colour in the boquet, it would have left less room for ‘randomness’.

The two leafy branches are a type of eucalyptus! I had some of the seeded version in my bouquet for my October 2015 wedding! Sorry the photo is so huge… I’m on my phone!
