@shannon marie:  Side note, my SO loves them, too! He seemed put off by the idea at first, but one morning in bed (no make-up, bed-head) he said to me “I really love your eyelashes. They make you look pretty all the time”. Ermmm thanks? But I do know what he meant 😉

@garden_bride:  I will try when I get home. My work has crazy firewalls and I can’t access the good pictures on FB. I’ll send the pic I took right after I got them, so you get the best idea.

Seriously, I love them.

@LGenz:  Another vote for individuals. I had just a few on the outside for my wedding makeup. I hate the look of full falsies, they give you a weird thick black eyeliner-like look.

It looked like this –

@shannon marie:  Do you know if the MUA used false lashes made of real human hair or not? I’ve found that the “real” ones look better and less stiff. The brand Red Cherry has some nice ones.

I love full lashes.. if you’re not used to putting them on they will be wonky and fake looking but with practice you can get them to look totally natural.. not sure what the eyeliner comment is about? You can get lashes with invisible bands..

If they’re too much, cut them in half and use the outer half only, just a bit of drama. I’d also like to say it really depends on the brand.. some of them use fakey gross stuff that looks all shiny and nasty. Red Cherry lashes are my favorite, human hair.. which sounds so gross but it’s worth it they look 100% natural on the eye.

I second the vote for lash extensions.  I’ve got them done 3 times and LOVE it (I will be doing it for engagements and wedding).  I have a picture somewhere… but am not seeing it so I will try and get it posted tomorrow.

Another vote for individual lashes! 🙂 I have never tried false eyelashes until I had my makeup trial for my e-shoot and I loved them (FI did too!). They looked so natural and they felt great.

You should look up Velour lashes .  I have 3 different pairs and I love them.  They feel quite natural too ,, not so stiff.. they have more natural ones or dramatic.. depending on what you are looking for… https://www.facebook.com/pages/Velour-Lashes/226187494075284?sk=photos there is a link to pictures on their facebook page.
