I chart my temp and CM when it’s wet or EW, which is a good indicator that you’re in the fertile period.  It’s very easy.  I track everything on fertilityfriend.com.

I’ve always had very normal cycles on and off BC, so nothing changed for me.  I have a 28 day cycle and ovulation on day 15, give or take a day.

I only use condoms during my fertile period.  The first month or two when I was still making sure that I did in fact ovulate in the middle of my cycle, I relied on CM to figure out when I was most fertile.  I’ve never tried a diaphragm or cervical cap, but I have used the sponge before, and I liked that.  Condoms are just easier/safer, IMO.

Same here but I still use condoms most of the time and withdrawal all of the time as well.

I’ve been off of BC for over a decade and have used condoms since then.  I was on a low dose pill so my cycle was regular.

Darling Husband and I use WD method and have been using it for close to an year. Since I have ovulation pains, I track those as well as my CM.  I also use My Days on my Droid.
