    @Dancing-in-September:  Is it Nancys, or Nancies?  What are the rules for pluralizing proper nouns?  It seems wrong or disrespectful, somehow, to adjust the spelling, but then there’s clearly a rule about y becoming ies that would apply if it was a common noun.  These are the things that keep me up at night!

    Haha! Duncan I contemplated that for quite some time before posting and settled on nancys, though it didn’t feel right. Just did a little search and google was of no help.

    I would be damned if I would ever invite someone who treated my family or me like that. I have never believed oin obligatory guests. And I would tell her WHY she wasnt being invited as well.
