@Lily_of_the_valley:  I think it sounds cute. How many people are you having come to your wedding? I dont think its anyone concern that you are or arent having a wedding party so I dont think you need to put that. I made a wedding website for my destination wedding but I jsut provided it to the confirmed guests coming on the trip

Cute FAQ ๐Ÿ™‚ I don’t think you’ve missed anything!  Maybe a contact like the Maid/Matron of Honor or Wedding Planner for people in case of last minute emergencies/plan changes/travel complications?  Just cause you and your SO might be seriously busy in the last week or two ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m looking into a UK wedding and am planning to set up some links for local places to stay/visit/things to do for those of my friends who might want to make a holiday out of it.  But looks like you’re sticking to a resort for both wedding and stay so that’s taken care of ๐Ÿ™‚

For question 6-

You could maybe tell people that you’ve pretty much only invited adults, and there won’t be any child-oriented activities at the weddings, so kids might be bored, but the resort does allow children.

I think people would get the hint from something along those lines.

@Lily_of_the_valley:  Here are mine from my website:

Q: What is the airport we need to fly into?

A: The nearest airport is Phuket Airport in Thailand. XXXXX Resort is XX minutes drive away from Phuket Airport.

Q: Are Children invited to the Ceremony?

A: Yes, they are. If you prefer a more relaxing child-free day instead there is childcare available at the XXXXX (ages 3years up) from 9am till 6pm.  This is free if you are a guest at the XXXXX resort.  After 6pm a babysitter can be arranged for you, please let me know if you would like me to organise this. The childcare looks pretty awesome too, they have lots of cool activities and best of all it is adjacant to the resturant we are having our reception in so you can pop in and see them whenever you want.

Q: What dress is required for the wedding?

A: It will be hot tropical weather but the Venue is air-conditioned.  Semi-formal or formal dress is suggested.

Q: Should I bring a gift?

A: Please no gifts, we have everything we need and we know you are spending a lot to come and join us. As they say your presence is our present ๐Ÿ™‚

Q: What resort are you staying in?

A: We are staying in the xxxxx Resort.  Please see accomodation page for more details.

Q: Do we need to pay for the resort accommodation in full upfront?

A: No, just like any hotel booking you will need to provide your credit-card details to secure the room.  Your card will only be charged after your stay.  If you book and don’t show you will still be charged one nights rate.
