As i am in my mid-30’s I find more and more difficult to find cute clothes yet age appropriate… I think the lenght of my dresses/skirts should be a little longer and the “ladies” a little more hidden… So if you are in my “agecategory” where do you shop?

Me too I hope we can both get some ideas

Well I am 29 but a bit more conservative. I recommend banana or ann Taylor/ loft. Really cute stuff but more adult.

Ann Taylor and Banana Republic, if I were thinner. lol I don’t shop very often, but when I do it’s a mix of Lands End, JC Penney, Macys, Kohls, and Nordstrom.

I like The Limited and they often have really good deals and sales.

I find a lot of things I like at reasonable prices at JC Penney. Their career section is especially trendy and I can always find great dresses on clearance.

Banana republic, j crew and the bay in Canada, or Macy’s in the us

I used to work at White House|Black Market… I don’t anymore, but they have good 20s-40s clothes. They’re like the little sister of Chico’s. Their prices can very silly sometimes, but if you find an outlet or shop the sale rack, you can find great deals.

I’m 29 (30 in 1 month), and swear by Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, J Crew, and Banana Republic. NY & Co will also sometimes have some stuff I like as well.
