What a good idea for a bridesmaid gift! They’re certainly too pricey to buy for your guests, but wouldn’t your BMs love the chance to have comfy feet? And…they would all still match! ๐Ÿ™‚

OMG…. Thank you for sharing this. I am seriously going to buy a pair right now and let you know how they are. There have just been way too many painful, painful nights of walking through NYC in heels all night. My feet are screaming “get a cab!”, but my wallet’s telling me I drank too much to pay for one. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Perfect. I’ll probably try them out on Halloween!!

I just saw these at Duane Reade! I was thinking of picking them up. Totally cute bridesmaids gift idea! I do wish they came in other colors though…

They have these at Macy’s right now, different brand, but in their “gift” section, where they’re fairly cheap!

Okay bees… The results are in!

I bought them at Walmart for like $10. They actually kinda feel like slippers. They are super thin and roll right up. They come with a little gold clutch, but I rolled them up and stuck them in the clutch i was bringing with me. They easily fit my shoes, cell phone, camera, etc.

They deff came in handy. When walking home from the bars I immediately whipped out my flats and carried my heels.

My only complaint? They were so thin that the ground was freezing!!! It literally felt like I was walking in my bare feet. Honestly, they are a bit flimsy so I don’t think I would feel comfortable wearing them for an entire wedding reception. I think that if someone spilled a drink or something there is a good chance it would soak through the flats.

BUT they have to be thin in order to be so flexible that they can fit in your purse.

So, for a night on the town and you need a quick fix to get you from Point A to B comfortably they get an A+! (Especially in the summer!) It was uber convenient to just whip them out of my clutch at the end of the night. But from a bridesmaid’s point of view… stick with the flip flops basket for the reception. It’s deff a much better option!

I’m actually wearing mine right now! Although, I heard the Dr. Scholls ones were cheap, so I found another brand at a party store in boston for around $20. The sole is still vinyl, but much more durable, and the little clutch bag actually converts to a full-on tote, so you can store your actual shoes in it later (and jacket, shaw, stole, etc). The Brand is call “Spare Soles” and they are so comfortable that I wear them on the regular ๐Ÿ™‚ Great Idea for a Bridesmaid or Best Man gift!
