mrsautumn36 : I lost two pounds in about 2 weeks. I’m trying not to make a big deal out of it haha. I don’t want to jinx that it’s water weight. Once it’s over 5 I will be very relieved. And then 20 more to go haha.
Medications are the WORST. Thyoird too!

Oh yes, it took time to adjust. I failed whenever I tried fasts over 24 hours so I started with 16 hours and built from there. I’m currently on a 41 hour fast. The odd end time is because I’m going out for dinner tomorrow night.

Doing intermittent fasting, can you still drink coffee (with cream) in the a.m?

Anything with less than 50 calories will keep your body in a fasted state.
I’m not sure how much cream you put in your coffee.

mrsautumn36 : I’ve lost a few pounds, but I also started weight training in addition to my cardio last month, so I know there’s been some muscle gain, too. My initial goal was to lost 10 pounds before my wedding in July, so I’m not really discouraged by the progress so far. I need to take my measurements again, I haven’t since I started.
My diet is low-carb, high protein pescetarian. Lots of fish, eggs, beans, nuts, veggies, and protein shakes. I try to stay under 1500 calories a day.
