Lately I have been eating like crazy 🙁 I just keep eating all day long. After dinner I haven’t even been waiting to have dessert I just go straight to it just minutes after I have finished dinner, I know I’m full I just eat it anyway. I’ve tried to just cut back but haven’t been successful. I feel full 24/7 I hate it! I was thinking of fasting for a day or longer to sort of reset my appetite. What do you ladies think? Any advice?

i’ve only ever fasted for religious purposes so i don’t really know about the feasability of resetting your appetite. i’ve actually been prone to overeating following a fast so i have to consciously watch what i eat so i don’t go crazy, but that could very well just be me.
have you had any changes in your life? are you working out or moving around more or possibly stressed or pregnant? those could be triggers. i’d try to pinpoint the cause of the overeating before doing something as drastic as fasting. perhaps you can portion your food out for the day and stick to that? i don’t know but i don’t recommend fasting for this reason. hth!
