Your fingers are not fat. 100% honest. And that is really rude of her!

You do NOT have fat fingers!  She needs her eyes checked but mostly, she needs an attitude adjustment.  Next time she says something rude to you, laugh it off and don’t let it get to you.  Sounds like everything she says is highly exaggerated and untrue.  Some people get off on being rude to others.  Ignore her.

Is that really what society is mostly concerned about these days? fat fingers?  Why did we run out of fatty areas in the body to insult?  I can already see young people exercising their fingers to get get the “finger roll”…

🙂  Please don’t worry yourself over this OP.  This is beyond ridiculous, and honestly, that friend of yours has NOTHING in her mind if she has the brain cells to dedicate to noticing people’s fnger size.  SMH

MrsA44:  in no way shape or form are you fingers fat. she is probably jealous of your perfectly slender fingers- seeing as you said she had a thicker band. hehe

LOL WTF. Your friend has it backwards. Thicker bands make your fingers look pudgier. I wear a 7.75 and thick bands made my fingers look like little sausages.

I think she has a fat head! Your fingers are fine and your ring looks beautiful.

MrsA44:  LOL your fingers could be models. I have what I call sausage fingers (size 10) and they look like they are made out of dough.

However, even if you had size 16 fingers or size 3 she should keep it to herself. I understand being honest and I am all for it but honesty is best with tact. And that is what she is lacking.

PS: You do not have fat fingers.

Yours are not remotely fat or sausage-y.

That was rude of her and wrong IMO. The overall length of the fingers, distance between the knuckles, and finger shape are all factors in what type of ring will look best. I’m not even sure there’s a rule.  A person can have a below-average ring size w/ short tapered mini-sausage fingers( like I do hahha)…or a large ring size and average-to-long, decidely non-sausagey digits.

She is crazy! I love the nail color, and the midi ring is adorable!

A friend of mine compared her ring size (3.5) to mine (5.5) in a way impling that rings look better on her, yuck.

You have lovely hands. She probably just thinks everyone needs to have rings like hers but you have your own style so rock it 😉

MrsA44:  Speaking as someone who wears a 9.5, I am amazed that you spent time and energy worrying about a stupid comment like that. Shake it off and enjoy your ring.

MrsA44:  My nan once told my mom she had “man hands.” lol. My nan just has no filter and she didn’t mean it as an insult. But my mom has beautiful hands with the strongest nails I’ve ever seen in my life.  Yours are also lovely and your friend, if she said it to be mean, is a jerk.
