schoening22:  I hate any store that doesn’t have mirrors in their dressing rooms. It’s no one else’s business what clothes look like on you. I’m so sorry you went through that.

Those girls don’t realize that their actions speak louder about them then it does about you.

They sound like horrid people and I am so sorry they did that to you.  You will find a dress (or wedding outfit of another kind) that makes you feel wonderful!

If I was with you, I’d have no qualms of telling them to shut up. Seriously, how can people be so heartless and rude. It’s your day too.  Sorry that happened to you!

That is so horrible. What a bunch of bitches! I’m so sorry you had to deal with that during your dress shopping experience! I’m plus-size as well and that would have killed all my confidence. I was really lucky with my dress shopping experience in that we were the only ones at all the stores we went to (we went on a Tuesday morning).

Please don’t let them ruin this experience for you. I’m sure you looked beautiful in the dresses you tried on!

Fuck them. The countdown to divorce is on for that group of bitches. Nasty personalities have a way of wreaking havoc in a life. Don’t you worry…karma will have its day. You go and try on dresses wherever you want whenever you want. Weight can be changed…psychology is much harder!!

Ew. How horribly disgusting of those girls. I would’ve had half a mind to shove a tulle veil right down their throats. Please don’t let those bitches ruin the experience for you. I guarantee you looked a helluva lot better than any of them. Insulting someone else just screams of their own insecurities.

I’m not plus size and I felt extremely uncomfortable at David’s. You aren’t alone on that one! So awkward. I’m sorry you had a bad experience, I hope you enjoy your next dress shopping outing!

schoening22:  Those girls were a bunch of nobodies. That’s why they had to go the extra mile to pick on others just to make themselves feel better. Glad you handled that situation well and keep up the progress on yourself and your happiness.

Oh I’m so sorry! I am considered overweight on the BMI chart and was honestly shocked to be considered a plus size at a size 12.

I hated the “standards” put on brides…the thin, tan, white teeth, beautiful skin and hair. Its soo much pressure. wedding planning alone is stressful and having to lose weight is just adding to it =/

how rude and classless! It really shows how badly they were raised and how miserable they must be with themselves if putting others down makes them feel better

schoening22:  That just breaks my heart. UGHHHh I’ve seen many plus sized brides trying on dresses at DB while shopping for bridesmaid dresses and I always LOVED the way they looked and even told them so. I’m so so sorry you had this experience. You are beautiful and those girls had such ugly hearts. Do NOT let that experience ruin this for you!!! Go out and try again. Bring your friends who will bring out your strengths and compliment you. ): Hugs

I give you SO MUCH credit for not raging on them. No human should speak to you like that. I give you free reign to whip a tiara at them next time!

Ugh, what awful girls. I’m so sorry they ruined your dress shopping experience. I know you know this already, but how they acted says so much more about them than it does about you. When all is said and done, you’ll find a dress you feel beautiful in and they’ll still be ugly hearted, miserable human beings. I almost feel sorry for them. ALMOST.
