My SO and I are currently on day 2 of Phase 1 of the Fat Smash Diet (By Dr. Ian Smith). The first phase consists of eating fruits, veggies, beans, brown rice and a little yogurt, milk, oatmeal for 9 days to get your body to stop wanting bad foods. Even though I am full from eating the aforementioned foods, O M G I want something fattening or super sugary like you would not believe. I’ll let everone if these intense cravings subside (or if I gnaw off my own arm)!.
I was wondering if anyone else completed it lately. I tried this a few years ago and I don’t remember if it worked for me (or how long I lasted!) but I know my partner has lots of weight loss and less food cravings.
