@sept22insf:  Yup. I felt exactly that way at 9 weeks, and now, at 29 weeks, I’m starting to feel tired & lousy again. I took a handful of sick days during the first trimester when I was at my worst. If you can do the same, I recommend it! Do whatever you can to give yourself a break and get the rest you need… hope your nausea lets up soon.

Give a few more weeks and you will feel great again!  My MS stopped at 14 1/2 weeks and I’m still feeling great at 26 weeks.  I’m guessing I am going to start slowing down very soon but it has been a solid 3 months of feeling good.

I forgot most days now that I am pregnant. It gets so much better, I am 23 weeks now.

My nausea stopped right around 9 weeks. The fatigue improved a bit in my second trimester and I felt pretty good. You will feel fairly normal again and you’ll manage to get things done. 🙂

I never got too nauseous with my son, but I had brutal heartburn 24/7 from day one until he was born. I was always really tired, especially during the final trimester. He was my first (and only so far), so when I was tired I got to get a lot of sleep. It’s a different story after baby is born:) It will get better- I think the majority of nauesa in pregnant women disappears by the second trimester.

Hang in there. It’s normal. Just let yourself sleep. It usually gets a bit better in the 2nd trimester – you will be able to get more done then.

The cold sucks! I had the cold, nausea, AND fatigue all hit me within 3 days of each other! And as far as I know (yet to get a dating scan and forgot to chart that month, go figure) I should only be 5 weeks!

@sept22insf:  Yeah I was bad from 6-13 weeks, then the nausea started to fade. Hate to tell you but I’m more tired now then before and my aversions are stronger. It’ll just go how it goes, but take care of yourself.

Club soda with lemon helped for the nausea, and eating! If I got hungry I got nauseaous.

I had to lock my office door one day and take a nap!

Sleep when you can. Take washroom breaks just so you can close you eyes at work, or go sit in your car for lunch and sleep.
