As part of my centerpieces, I am going to have votives around the main vase. I’m going to double these votives as favors. My wedding is on the beach so I want to put sea shells on the votives. I originally was thinking of just outing four small sHells, sand dollars or star fish around the sides. But then I was thinking maybe wrapping turquoise ribbon around the and putting just one shell on it. But since the votives are round I don’t kthat if that would work. These are the votives, I covered them in a glitter coating.http://catchmypicture.com/kbS33c.jpg
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Those are very pretty! I think four small shells or sand dollars would be really cute

s an idea. Instead of trying to attach the shells to the outside, as the votives are round, place the candle, hold a shell next to the glass on each side, then fill the votive holder partway with sand. It will hold the shells in place. It will likely take 2 people to do this but the sand will be free! It would end up looking a bit like this. Make sure that the shells are small enough so you dont have to bury the candle with the sand.
