Honestly I wouldn’t waste the money on these unless you want to have 100 of them yourself.  I really wouldn’t want to take sticky, used ice cream dish home with me if I was a guest.  I would just find some “nice” plastic ice cream dishes that can be tossed in the garbage at the end of the evening.

@MissCapeCod:  possibly! sometimes the same dollar trees in my area have different things, its kind of annoying, so yeah id call first to make sure. im not sure how their website works but it couldnt hurt to look!

I agree that there’s no way I’d want to take home a single, sticky ice cream cup after a wedding. Particularly if I’m coming from a long distance. I like my dishes to match/come in sets, and one ice cream cup isn’t going to get used at our house (nor would a set, actually — but that’s because we don’t keep ice cream around, nor do I prefer these dishes to shallow bowls under any circumstances).

I’d give people a small jar or bottle of sprinkles or fudge or caramel sauce with a custom label, if I wanted to keep up the ice cream theme in a favor. That way, it’s prepackaged and it’ll last until it’s eaten, then clutter the house no more.

@jmarvellous:  I love the idea of fudge sauce as a favour!!  OP, you could package them in sweet little jars with a customized label!

I second what others said about sticky cups and their suggestions on chocolate or caramel sauce or sprinkles.

BUT…if you still want to go with cups, or are still looking for dishes for toppings, I love these:

I’m actually using them for large blooms and succulents in my centerpieces.
