I would think something local that guests can DO, like a voucher for a bus tour or something would be a lot of fun– that way, they can explore a bit while they’re there.

Fiance and I are having a destination wedding and part of our gift to our guests is travel mugs to fill at the resort and keep their beer, daquiris or whatever they drink cold because sitting on the beach, drinks can melt pretty quick and a lot of people dont think to bring them!. We are getting them custom made and they are going to say in the blue part

“To have and to hold and to keep your drink cold….Nick & Laura, January 26, 2013, Montego Bay, Jamaica”

You definitely want to find something travel friendly which was a hard part, nothing breakabke, nothing that takes up too much room, nothing too heavy…etc we have 48 people going so it was hard to find something that we could bring almost 50 of! Good Luck

We’re doing welcome bags for 30 that contains:

  • Battery operated fan
  • Walkie Talkies
  • Sunscreen/Aloe
  • Waterproof cameras

I think I’m forgetting a couple things – that’s why mom is in charge of this! We’re also taking them on a catamaran trip the day after the wedding. Not a favor per se, but a gesture 🙂
