The grown-ups are getting decorated jars of jam that I made myself, but I think the teen table (our 13-17 yr. old nieces, nephews, and cousins) might not be psyched with the groceries.
Any ideas for favors that they might actually like for $5 or less? It will be a big Vegas vacation trip for them, and our theme is Yosemite/granite/the mountains.

They sell huge skull mugs filled with drinks at the Treasure Island for $5 filled with a cocktail. I have several of them and every teenager that comes to our house wants them. You could kill two birds with one stone and get them each one and have a night out at the same time.
Or, a cool memory stick or earbuds. Dailysteals.com has them all the time on free fridays (I order from them all the time).

@tksjewelry: I love the idea. I don’t think we’ll have time or fortitude to toss back 8 cocktails before the wedding, but I think most of them would get a big kick out of the dorm-room aesthetic.
Most of them start college in a year or two and have most of what it’s occurred to them to want, so (in the $5 range) I think funky probably beats the pants off of practical for them.

They may sell you just the skulls without the cocktails, may be worth a call to the hotel. They are really cool over halloween, I put candles in them and put them in the windows. They kind of look like the crystal skulls from Indiana Jones movie.

I definitely agree with
@Darling23: anything edible is always a good choice for pretty much any age.
