We have books of poetry that will inclue a bookmark inside.
The bookmark will have the person’s or couple’s name and table number..
We are not sure how to word the thank you on the bookmark.
I want to say something like
“We hope this book of love poetry will be a reminder of the love you have witnessed here today..thank you for sharing in our happiness”
Quite honestly I have no idea what I am doing…
Should it be longer…more personal…less cheesy???
We also are having a pumpkin patch and would like to encourage guests to take home a pumpkin…Should we put this info on the bookmark..or somewhere else?
We will have a sign that will state “pick a pumpkin”..but I don’t want guests to think it is just a cute decoration…I want them to know it is also to be taken literally

My personal thought: favor notes are almost always cheesy, it’s fun 🙂
Thanks so much for being here, to see ‘x’ and ‘y’ as man and wife,
Please take a pumpkin for your doorstep, and a book of poems on love and life.
*I love cheesy rhymes, what can I say?

I think “We hope you enjoy this book of poetry; May it be a reminder of the love you have witnessed here today..thank you for sharing in our happiness” And then your names and wedding date below sounds good.
For the pumpkin patch, which is quite possibly the cutest idea EVER, I would have a sign saying ‘Pick a Pumpkin!’ And then another saying something like ‘big ones, small ones, some as big as your head! Please choose a pumpkin to take home with you at the end of the night. I’m a big Lion King fan, and pumpkins and coconuts are similar right? lol

I love NDBee’s suggestion!
I would make a pumpkin shaped sign for the pumpkin patch
Ask not what your pumpkin can do for you
Ask what you can do for your pumpkin!
