Private island in Belize!

It won’t be our honeymoon, as we’re honeymooning in Vegas after our tiny destination wedding. But it is the trip we’re planning for our first anniversary. I’m in love with the resort. Pricey but completely amazing!

Beaches at Turks and Caicos was my favorite of the 3 all inclusive resorts I’ve been to. It even has a water park!

Commenting to follow! We’re also looking for an all-inclusive for our “weddingmoon.” We’ve been looking a lot at cheapcaribbean.com for inspiration. We’re leaning towards an RIU resort in the Dominican Republic or Jamaica.

My DH and I did Secrets Aura Cozumel for our honeymoon and had  an amazing time. We did the swim up room with ocean view and it was way more affordable than other resorts. We also stayed at one of their sister properties “dreams” in punta cana which was awesome too, but we wanted adults only for our honeymoon which dreams is not. I’d highly recommend, have read millions of reviews and have also heard great things about all of their locations.

El Dorado Seaside in the Mayan riviera is where we stayed and it was absolutely fantastic.

When my husband and I got engaged we were staying at the Excellence in Punta Cana. It was awesome and the staff was amazing.  Great live shows every evening, but as far as other excursions I’m not sure what there all was as we stayed on the resort besides when we did the free shopping tour and horseback riding thing they had.. They have a complimentary honeymoon package I believe that includes massages, dinner on beach, etc)

For our honeymoon, we stayed at the Secrets St. James in Jamaica.  That was also great. The food was fantastic and we stayed in a “Perferred” room so we had a seperate pool that was away from the “party pool” w/ the swim up bar which was great for relaxing. Also got complimentary honeymoon package which included champage in our room, dinner on the beach, and free massages.

The Caves in Jamaica was phenomenal. I would highly recommend it! The food was amazing, the staff felt like family, and it’s really unique. It’s not your typical all-inclusive resort. It was so beautiful! We’re planning to go again for our 5 year anniversary.
