I second Blogilates! Sooooo many youtube videos for every body part, type of cardio, and amount of time you need. I also like Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown DVD, but I tend to get bored of DVDs after a few weeks.

lifeswonderful2day: I use Spark People, as well… and have been using it since 2006! I love the site and the tracking.

Tae Bo is a really good workout. I like the kickboxing moves. You could probably buy one of the DVDs for cheap or find it at the library.

When I don’t feel like going to the gym I build a playlist on youtube and rock out to zumba or I follow the fitness blender routines.

I’ve been doing the Lean P90x routine. It’s pretty intense, but I like that it’s a different workout and muscle group every day.
I will say that diet is more important — if you keep eating poorly excercise won’t do all that much. I don’t follow any diet plan, but I do have some basic rules that work for me:
-No pop (soda) ever. Carbonated water is allowed, but nothing else. I also cut coffee since I was adding sugar and cream to it. I still drink tea with nothing in it.
-No drinking on weeknights
-Lots of salads with vinagrette dressings (home made, not the store bought stuff that’s full of sugar)
-Try to eat fruit, veggies and lean proteins as much as I can
-If you’re going to eat something unhealthy, make it worth it. Which means no, I won’t eat the mediocre granola bars in the office, but if once every 3 weeks I go on a cupcake excursions with my office friend, that’s OK. I’m really going to enjoy it, and I don’t do it too often.

+1 on Fitness Blender on YouTube. I am also a big fan of Jessica Smith TV. She has a wide variety of workouts of varying lengths and abilities. She is on YouTube and she has a website http://www.jessicasmithtv.com.
