It’s not a board game, but we tend to play Apples to Apples a lot when we have friends over or go to friend’s houses:)

We’re building a collection!  Most recently we bought Clue, but then we realized when we tried to play it that you need at least three people.  🙁  I love Scrabble, and we get a lot of use out of Monopoly.  Also, Sorry is fun, but it’s wicked easy so it may not be what you’re looking for…

Settlers of Catan is fantastic.  I also like Agricola and Puerto Rico, but they’re pretty hardcore and not for everyone.  Ticket to Ride is fun if you don’t want to think TOO too much!

My BIL has a REALLY fun game called Pandemic. You work as a team and play against the board to eradicate viruses from causing a pandemic across the world. It’s really fast paced, becuase the viruses multiply really fast and you can lose quickly! It’s so much fun to play though, and its a great game to play as a team.

Other favorites include Cranium, Apples to Apples, and Trivial Pursuit.

Apples to Apples absolutely ROCKS!!!  Especially if you make a few of your own cards 🙂

Our favorite is Clue and Taboo.   Seriously, we can kick anyone’s butt at Taboo.

@Meowkers: Haha, we should have a play date! We’re always looking for people to play Taboo with, even though we’re novices and WOULD get our butt kicked.

We like Taboo and Cranium but rarely get to play them due to lack of more players. Between the two of us, we like to play Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble and Backgammon.

Scrabble. We probably play two or three nights a week. The best man at our wedding gave us “Super Scrabble” for Christmas.

Every now and again Darling Husband can convince me to play Zombies!!!, which is a lot of fun, but takes several hours to play, and playtime increases exponentially with each additional expansion pack, and I think there are 9 now.

When we visit my SIL and her boyfriend, we always end up splitting a couple bottles of wine and playing Life. I think I enjoy playing it now more than I did when I was little. But it might be the wine..

Fiance and I LOVE playing board games. We have a collection of them.

Some of our favorites are Monopoly, Scattergories, Mad Gab, Taboo, Cranium, Trivial Pursuit, Battle of the Sexes, and Loaded Questions.

We also play Scene It and Family Feud on the XBox.
