@ForeverBirds:  i just bought a 14 dollar personal blender and i use spinach, flaw seed, banana and strawberry and sometimes oats or avocado if I think lunch is too far off. I also take a big cup of lemonade (lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, water and cayenne) for the day with helps me not snack during the day.
