Ok, so I’m on a mission to get back down to a size 3 in jeans. I know when it comes to breakfast, I’m wierd and can’t eat a lot- like, the idea of a large breakfast makes me want to puke. I can’t eat until I’ve been up at least an hour. But I’ve also noticed if I completely skip breakfast, I eat wayyyy too much at lunch.
So I was thinking about just grabbing a drink and heading out the door- a Slim Fast, Kellog’s, or Carnation breakfast shake, or maybe a V8 fusion. Do you ladies have any suggestions on what you’ve tried, what tastes the best and what kept you full? I’ve tried the V8 strawberry banana and while it was good, it was really sweet- I could only drink about half of it.
