I was lucky enough to see Mamma Mia and Wicked this month… now I can stop thinking about which show to see next!
Les Miserables is coming this fall, as is Jersey Boys. Has anyone seen either?
What is your favorite show?

I want to see Wicked. Oh, I’ve seen Phantom of the Opera. It’s pretty good.

I LOVED RENT when it was here in Ft Lauderdale back in 2006.
When i am working around the house I always have the RENT channel running on Pandora.
Next would have to be Chicago!!!

Les Mis – I have seen three companies and every one was phenomenal. I saw the revival of Oliver a few years ago and it was so good, not sure if they are still touring as it may have been more than 5 years.

Phantom and Little Shop of Horrors… I love Broadway =)

Miss Saigon – no longer showing. Les Mis is a classic! You should definitely watch it. I still have a souvenir sweater I kept when I watched it as a little girl.

Oh & Wicked was excellent too!

Ok, I am definitely in the minority – I did NOT like Wicked at all. Maybe it was because it had so much hype surrounding it but I was bored and couldn’t wait for it to end.
I’ve seen a lot of Broadway shows – Les Mis 6 times, Phantom 6 times, Lion King 3 times, West Side Story twice, Joseph twice, Miss Saigon twice, and a whole host of others once.
The ones I would go see over and over and over are Les Mis, Phantom, Lion King, and Mary Poppins. They are all AMAZING.

Wicked!!! I love it! I’ve seen it twice and I want to go again.

I would put Chicago and Lion King on your list of shows to see. I know I’m not in the norm but I did not enjoy Les Mis. However, I would give it a second chance as I was with 2 people who had seen it before and they both agreed that it was a disapointing pwerformance (on Broadway) so it could have just been an off day for the cast.

The Producers. I saw this long before they made it into a movie (which I didn’t care for). I’d love to see Jersey boys. 🙂

My favs are A Bronx Tale, Legally Blonde, Wicked, and The Little Mermaid. I enjoyed Les Mis but Phantom of the Opera put me to sleep. I just couldn’t get with it but the costumes were gorgeous.
