A couple of things.


1. pot roast – whatever type of pot-roast beef you prefer, then get a can of Campbell’s Beefy Mushroom soup. Pour that over it. Add some bits of onion, carrots and potatoes if you like. The Beefy Mushroom soup is just the perfect way to flavor it. 


2. Peanut Butter Chicken – this is going to sound so weird, but it is really good. Put about a pound of chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of peanut better (either chunky or smooth), then one or two cans of Rotel. I use one. Cook all day, and at the end of the day, it will totally shred up and mix all together. Serve with Rice, potatoes, or if low-carb, cauliflower. 


Also, ribs in the crock pot are awesome!
