Papillions!  This is the best breed I’ve ever had.  Smart, loyal, playful (yet reserved), good guard dog, and super cute!

I love French Bull Dogs … These are our guys ๐Ÿ˜€  Not a day goes by that they don’t make us laugh.  Smart, silly, loving, loyal, and some of the best cuddlers around!

Huskies! My 2 loves are extremely stubborn, too smart for their own good, and neverending shedders and I love them for it ๐Ÿ˜€

English bulldogs and poodles or poddle mixes (labradoodle, goldendoodle, etc).

My boss had a English bulldog that just died a couple months ago, and I feel so in love with that girl! I always loved their scrunched up face and underbite before, but now that I met one, I am sold!

A lady also lost her poodle when someone left her door open, and the poor thing wandered onto our porch. It was the sweetest dog, and that is what initially peaked my interest in poodles. And I love the lack of shedding!!!

Big dog: Golden retriever hands down. Especially the blonde ones. They are such pretty, sweet tempered dogs.

Little dogs: oh my goodness I can’t pick just one. I love shih tzus for their attitude, Maltese for their sweet dispositions, cavalier King Charles for their pretty eyes and coats, and yorkies for their spunk.

I’m allergic to shedding dogs (and all cats sadly because I love Maine Coons) so if we ever got a big dog like a golden or a lab, it would have to be crossed with a poodle. Super cute but my husband isn’t such a fan yet. After our big move next year, I’ve been promised a puppy so I’m pretty excited. I love them all so it will be so hard to pick just one.

I love German shepherds, Alaskan malamutes and Siberian huskies. I really love most big/medium dogs breeds to be honest, but am scared of Rottweilers ( I’ve been attacked by a rotty/great dane, who looked more like a rotty and was our family’s dog ๐Ÿ™ ). I’m not a huge fan of “yap-yap” dogs.

Malamutes! They are such huge love bugs, and seem to have a sense of humor. They can be goofy one moment and majestic the next. And I love the way they “woo” instead of really bark. I love mine to bits!!!

I know that many people will disagree, but my favorite breed is am. staffs, a.k.a. pit bulls, a.k.a. “vicious red eyed baby eaters.” I know they have a bad rap. I know that many of them make the news for attacks. I also know from personal experience that the majority of them are abused, some are discarded,  and just about all of them would be big, lap dog babies if they weren’t owned by ignorant abusive people. My pit is 6. She was a rescue and because of that she’s dog aggressive. BUT, and this is a big but, she’s the most gentle, loyal, and happy dog I’ve ever met around people and pretty much anything other than another dog. She isn’t perfect. She’s stubborn, she’s chubby, she talks back, she yells at me when she wants to cuddle, she thinks it’s her right to sit on my lap even though she weighs 80 pounds, she goes batshit for tennis balls, she wakes me up at 8 in the morning for her breakfast, she demands her own pillow in bed, when she’s sweaty her feet smell a lot like corn chips, she won’t go out in the rain without her raincoat, and she pouts when I’m not home. I love her more than just about everything else in my life.

Pomeranians! Love ’em!

Here is my baby Ellie ๐Ÿ™‚ (I’ve had her since I was 12, & these picture were taken last summer when she was 8yrs old. She still looks like a pup!)
