Kimchi jigae

It’s a spicy Korean stew made with fermented cabbage, tofu, pork, garlic, onion, chili pepper, and I also add zucchini.  Soooooo delicious and guaranteed to keep you nice & warm on a cold winter’s night!

I’m another grilled cheese and tomato sauce. Complete with a sappy movie!

Hot chocolate with marshmallows. I have a mug that can hold two packets of it. It’s my comfort drink. I’ve actually been known to drink hot chocolate even when it’s not winter.

I have to agree, Chili cooking all day in the slow-cooker is the best for a cold night! With Cornbread! Also, tea. lots of tea.

I just made the best chili and homemade rolls for supper last night! It’s still snowing and I think I”m going to make a big pot of hamburger soup for supper tonight!

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup or homemade beef stew.  I also love to drink hot peppermint tea.
