I love my keurig! I was also not thrilled about the waste so I just use reusable k-cup and occassionally have the fancy k-kups. This makes the most sense for our house since I’m the only one that drinks coffee. I’m really excited for the new model, it’s going to brew at specific temperatures, can brew coffee stronger, etc. I’m hoping I can talk Darling Husband into a new one for Christmas.

I love my Keurig we also have the insert so we don’t always have to use the plastic cups.

@misselisabeth: Great article! Thank you for sharing. I feel the same way about Keurigs. I usually just use a drip machine, but I do love making coffee in my French Press. I think it tastes divine, but it feels like more of a production so I don’t do it every day.

Keurig is on my registry. I miss the one at my parents house that I sadly couldn’t take with me when I moved.

I use a drip brew for normal days, but we have a French press for those leisurely Saturday mornings.

i love my keurig but that 8oz coffe isn’t enough so i bought one of those ones you fill your own coffee grinds in… i cant afford all those cups especially if i need two a day.
