I love love cucumbers and vinegar. I’m also a sucker for it with redwine vinaigrette.!

I like kale chips. Pop some kale in the oven spread out on a baking sheet thing. Add some salt and things to flavor. ( you can google it for more precise directions and flavor options)

Right now I’m eating a handful of fresh blueberries with non-fat plain yogurt. We also have a gazpacho-like salad in the fridge (roughly chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, bell-pepper squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, jalapeno peppers mixed with vinegar, salt and pepper-just mixed, no pureeing). Great late-night snacks…as opposed to the leftover calzone my SIL made for dinner.

ETA: Or maybe it was a stromboli. Don’t really know the difference. Either way, it’s filled with pepperoni, salomi and cheese, and not something I wanted to snack on before bed.

Oh I’ve never really heard of cucumbers in vinegar, but I love celery and blue cheese dressing. Yummm!

@Linz1231: Whichever it is, it was delicious, but I only had a small piece of it, and ate a lot of the gazpacho salad.

I also really like hummus and carrot sticks or slices of green bell peppers. Sometimes pita bread, but I always forget to pick it up.

I am a fan of Greek yogurt, blended with frozen fruit (no sugar added — just fruit), a banana, and a half cup of milk.  It’s a really great, healthy smoothie for under 300 calories!!

I also like cottage cheese and Wheatables, although that one may be more odd because I find that not too many people like cottage cheese plain.

A handful of mixed nuts and a piece of fruit is my work snack — delicious!
